Is it scary?
Yes. Warehouse 13 is designed to be a high-intensity survival experience. Expect jumpscares, fog, and aggressive actors.
Can children attend?
Due to the intense nature of the scares, we recommend a minimum age of 12. Parental discretion is strictly advised.
Is it outdoors?
The Haunted Trail is an outdoor experience traversing rugged terrain. Please dress for the weather and outside conditions.
What happens if it rains?
We operate rain or shine! In the case of extreme severe weather, check our social media for closing updates.
How long does it take?
The full experience, including the trail and loading dock paintball, typically takes between 45 to 60 minutes.
Can I bring a flashlight?
No. Flashlights, cameras, and cell phone lights are strictly prohibited on the trail to preserve the atmosphere.
Is there parking?
Yes, we provide on-site parking for all victims—we mean, guests. Please follow the signs upon arrival.
Are refunds available?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued once purchased, even if you are too scared to finish.
